The design considers the local hot climate by proposing an inner shaded court surrounded by the two building masses. The solution maximizes the openings toward the inner court and minimize the openings toward the outside.

The use of abundant raw materials that come not from petrochemistry and that are present on the spot to make one clean product is clearly part of sustainability. In addition, we would like to use earth walls. Of course, earth is an abundant material. It does not use a lot of energy to produce (which means low C02 emissions), does not create waste and resist to time’s erosion which is again part of sustainability. There is many proceeds likecob, rammed earth, or brick and each of them got a weak environment impact and a great thermal efficiency. The inspiration comes from centuries of sustainable traditional construction in the Middle East
Saving water is a crucial issue for the future, precisely in arid regions such as the Middle East. In the Emirates, mainly produced by desalination of seawater. This technique is very consuming fossil energies and in view of the scarcity of the resource, we placed this stake at the center of our reflections on the prototype. We want to have a close water cycle between vegetation, humans, fishes. You can product your own food in your house, with your proper ecosystem. Be less consumerist and more connected with nature. Biosystems will improve the house to be ecofriendly.
USE THE NIGHT TO COOL YOUR HOUSE
For the house cooling system, among the innovative air conditioning equipment we offer a radiative sky cooling system, which consist of a plate that is cooled by a negative radiation balance with the atmosphere. The plate is then connected to a heat exchanger allowing cold heat transfer to a fluid (water) which then transmits cold heat to the ceiling refreshing the building during the day. This system is coupled to an air/water heat pump, it will allow us to shut down the heat pump at night and reduce our energy consumption.

Food making process through aquaponics system
Aquaponics refers to any system that combines conventional aquaculture (raising aquatic animals such as snails,crayfish or prawns in tanks) with hydroponics (cultivating plants in water) in a symbiotic environment.
